Do you work with solo BCBAs and small ABA practices?
Yes. SWIFT BILL serves ABA practices and solo providers that need help managing insurance billing. We review your payer mix, systems and billing needs to confirm the right service scope before work begins.
What does your ABA billing service include?
Core billing includes claim preparation, review and submission; insurance and patient payment posting; denial investigation, corrections and appeals; follow-up on outstanding managed claims; and billing reports.
Your written agreement identifies the services included for your practice and any separately quoted work.
How much does your billing service cost?
SWIFT BILL charges 4% of insurance and patient payments received on the accounts we manage, with a $500 monthly minimum per practice. You pay the percentage or the minimum, whichever is higher.
For example, $20,000 in managed monthly collections produces an $800 billing fee. At $10,000, the $500 minimum applies. The minimum also applies in months with no collections.
The $450 one-time Billing Launch & Optimization fee is currently waived. View pricing and calculate your estimate.
Is the 4% based on claims billed or payments received?
The percentage is based on payments your practice receives on accounts SWIFT BILL manages, including insurance and patient payments. It is not calculated on the dollar amount of claims submitted.
Payments go to your practice. Your agreement defines how refunds and payer takebacks affect the fee calculation.
Can you work with our existing billing software?
We review your current software, available access and billing workflow before recommending an approach. Compatibility is confirmed before you commit, including whether we can work within your existing system or whether another setup is needed.
How will we know what is happening with our billing?
SWIFT BILL provides billing reports and status updates covering submitted claims, posted payments, outstanding balances and unresolved issues. Updates explain the actions taken and the next steps.
We agree on the reporting method and communication schedule during onboarding, so your team knows where to find answers.
Can you help with unpaid claims from a previous biller?
We can review a pre-existing insurance-claim backlog to assess available recovery options. The review considers claim history, documentation and filing or appeal deadlines.
Any recovery project is scoped and quoted separately before work begins. The review does not guarantee that every outstanding balance can be recovered.
Is provider credentialing included in the 4% rate?
Credentialing and payer enrollment are quoted separately from core billing. We review the providers, locations and payer applications involved, then confirm the scope and price before work begins.
